Vanguard demon repair (Leak top of grip)

Hi ive got a Vanguard demon it has an air leak that sounds as if its coming out from around the top of the grip ive tried the QEV but still got the same result. Does anyone have any other ideas or is there anyone that offers a repair service that I could send it off to its been sat on a shelf for months and its just a waste if i dont get it fixed.

i had a leak from there and turned out to be the o-ring on the reg, the one that seals the housing to the reg internals.

Yep, either there or another dodgy diaphragm is my feeling
Think it is the 018 or 017 that you are referring to (from memory)

i put money on the transfer plug orings!

heehee we'll see... but I don't think i've ever had to replace them before
Will DOW55 them anyway to swell them up, seeings as though they are static seals...

had them go on 2 of my demons so far, one of those came from foot like that
