Dusty just to let you and the mod team know I have now started a PayPal dispute with the seller frasermac " to hopefully get his arse in to gear" or even get a response out of frasermac that still visits the forums daily and fails to respond to me.

I suggest that anyone else who have paid for the goods and have not yet received to open a paypal dispute.
frasermac has been online serveral times in the past few days and was seen looking at this thread. Given enough time, and failure to respond to the above comments as well as a pm i sent, it gives me no choice but to ban frasermac from the classified due to poor communication in handling his own sales.
If frasermac responds to my pm, with legit reasons, that he has made the necessary refunds to the buyers, i will look at lifting the ban.
In his defence, he may be young and busy, and not so organised, but he's not out to rip folk off, I bought the Ego off him, and it turned up after a little prompting, but it was exactly as described, immaculate, in it's box, the manual as new. So maybe he needs to be far more organised.

Just to make the mods and everyone conserded aware I have now raised my PayPal dispute to a claim as of today due to frasermac has failed to respond to the PayPal dispute and I have been waiting nearly 8 weeks for goods with well over 5 weeks of that with the seller failing to respond.
