The pants are quite baggy with a 34 ish waist

The harness will hold 11 pods

6 in the main Velcro pouches
5 additional in the elastic holders inbetween the Velcro pouches

Don't hold anything for me, i'll have a wee think and let you know later about the other stuff, I'm just not convinced I'd get on with it after so many years just using a pack!!!
