Unfortunatly there is no Velcro on the dye ones mate but I will get you a size guide for you if you are unsure on your size mate

Hmm sorry but I have no idea on that and I don't have a micromiter to check but the back and insert size the paint tho..... but if you mean the lengh of it with the back is 14 inch
