Fingers crossed, his parents will cough up for it, unless they aren't nice people.
If it takes the criminal route then they won't have an option. Alongside a nice record... Try renting a flat with fraud stamped all over the records the letting agents have dug up (i'll give you a clue...I recommend buying a tent).

Will be interested to hear how this pans out

it's a pain cause someone like me who has a low post count will have problems in buying lucky for me i have people that can vouch for me that have been on here for a while and have post count in the 100's
Completely agree with Samuel above. You will be fine.If you have friends to vouch then brilliant. If not then just use the fees option. ALL of my gear minus my mask/tank came from this forum when I had a post count under 20. Not a single problem; I just paid the 4% (which is recommended regardless of who it is)

Sorry I didn't mean from a buyer side I'm talking about the sellers trust what's stopping it from happing again kinda thing from a buyer point it don't bother me I pay 4% and I'm covered yet from a seller once the stuff is in that post box that's it they hope they don't loose everything the money and their gear
PayPal don't investigate these thing they just refund then it down to the seller to prove they sent it
As I said I got plenty of people that can vouch for me some you may know on other forums but also FB ect
It's just a shame that people like that don't think what it dose to other people'

Aslong as you have one or two friends on here that are known and trust you, there's no problems i purchased all my kit on here and i still don't have many posts.

I understand your point, you're concerned your buyer will claim against you which is fair enough.

Research your buyer, check their previous posts, how long they've been registered here etc. All information is available on their profile page.
Get numbers, phone numbers, house numbers etc.
Only sell to plat members ;)
Remember as the seller you have every right to choose who to sell to. If someone is ringing a bell, walk away, simple as that.

I don't know if he'll have spouted a load of lies to mummy before Lump's arrival or not, let's hope she's a reasonable lady and willing to listen before beating hell out of young Jamie.

Either way he's finished with paintball, so many people now know about this and have seen it he'll never be safe at a site or event again.

Didn't a similar thing happen a couple of years ago resulting in not only a band from the forum but places like CPPS, NPF and stores not wanting him anywhere near them
