I am in need of some help!
I have a Bob Long Closer, which now has a large air leak! The air is coming out from the solenoid, would this indicate a new solenoid is needed?
I have had the HPR apart and cleaned and regreased with new o-rings.
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks I'm advance for any help!

I have a guerrilla bottle. What do you mean by zero out the reg?
I assume the GA bottle is High Pressure (HP)? Bob Long markers need Low Pressure or SLP otherwise they blow internal orings / put pressure on the solenoid, which vents the air.

Zero out the reg = turn it so it shuts off air to the marker. Then gradually increase the reg to see where it leaks. Also, I think the Closer needs a pressure tester to set the regs too.

I heard the ga bottle was about mid pressure so should be ok, but that was hear say!
I do have the pressure tester so can set it up with that.
I'll try winding it right down later to see where it comes from first!
Thanks for the help so far!

I've tried zeroing out the reg, and it is just leaking from solenoid!
I have also taken the solenoid of and replaced the o-rings below it! But still it leaks!!
Help!!

Sounds like your LPR is to high turn it down a bit see if this solves it also you could do with a pressure tester
PS the myth regs are mid pressure ive had marqs and used hp air with out a problem

I have turned the pressure right down, I've gone all the way from zero upwards. I do have a pressure tester which I am using to test with, but it still leaks badly from solenoid.
