I have been out of paintball for around 4/5 years and I am starting up again. I have 2 x bottles, a dye throttle (fin 11/2019) and a crossfire (fin 06/2019). Both bottles are free from scratches/cracks but are out of test.
The problem I have is that the crossfire has been dropped on its reg near the o ring on top causing it to bend and slightly leak when attached to my ASA. The bottle itself Still maintains pressure as it has 1.5k still left in it.
The throttle just leaks out of a small hole on the side of the reg and does not maintain pressure.
Obviously I am trying to figure out the best cheapest solution to get the bottles up and running. I don't want to fork out on 2 x regulators for either bottle to then fail. so..

- Can I send my bottles off for testing without any regulators attached?
- What are the best regulators out there? I like the look of the ninja pro tank regulator but myth and dye also come to mind.
- The only other option is to buy a new tank and sod the rest off. I love my throttle over my crossfire but I cannot find anywhere in the UK that has one in stock. Can any one recommend/have an experience with another make of bottle with the same feel, balance etc. Gi Sportz?
