Figured i might as well ask and see what opinions you lot have!
I've been using the old proto style knee pads (http://www.evpaintball.com/catalog/5029.jpg) for a number of years, but after my first time playing an full weekends airball (i'm a front snake guy as well) i had quite some bother. Basically they had started to rub really badly on the top of my knee and also on the front, and by the end of the weekend they had taken off quite a bit of the skin and i was left in a fair amount of pain until they scabbed over. I'm not sure if others experience similar problems but I'd like to figure out if it's just me with the wrong size pads or something or if it is a problem with these pads themselves.
For anybody unfamiliar with the proto pads I think they are a type of neoprene material and are held in place just by them fitting well. Should probably add that i never need to adjust my pads since they do stay in place all day so its not a problem with them sliding or twisting.
Open to the idea of wearing tube grip underneath or simillar, or if anybody has some better recommendations lemme know
