I would have thought its all down to personal preference.

Some people, (myself included) like a very tight and closed trigger set-up. Whereas some prefer a bit more motion from a more open set-up.

I can only advise that you try both and then find your own ideal setting to what you feel most comfortable and happy with.

I usually have only a little bit of pre and post-travel which makes for a tighter trigger, very little movement before the click on the microswitch.

I like loads of travel. I find it more tactile (is that the right word?). Its like when its set up fine tuned to within an inch of its life, it hardly feels like Im pulling a trigger, more like pushing a button. I prefer a little play, but thats just me.

im only armature, im sure a little bit of trigger bounce wont hurt anyone;)
