Where or who can i order a clear halo too shell from.

Never seen one in clear - I believe clear hopper are not allowed under Millenium Series rules, as Refs can't see if broken paint is inside or outside the hopper shell and thus they are not produced.
Spare shells in other colours (smoke is the closest to clear) are usually all over ebay!
