Username's heading appearing twice ?

Not sure if it's just me but is there like two 'Jim Jam' s Appearing on the left of this post ?
I see it happening to everyone's opening post. Basically the Normal Username/Picture and Quote thing then the Username/Colour and Quote thing again?

And at the Top where there's your name/Edit drop down list, messages, Alerts and such is appearing in the middle aswell as the usual place ??
