Interestingly just been reading a similar post by JibbersaurusRex. I used to play a few years ago with my mates but as everyone got older our interests divided and we basically stopped playing. I'm just now finishing my third year at University and looking to get back into the game afterwards. Seems like a lot has changed over the last few years!

Anyway I've been hanging around again for a few days but just thought I would show my face as I plan on getting involved again!

I have all my gear at home still, got a rather modified Ion in the loft! What's the situation with Smart Parts now? Will probably be looking to invest in a new marker once I get playing again; have been looking at the new Etek! Any other suggestions in a similar price region?

Smart parts left the sport 3 or 4 years ago and have recently(ish) come back under the new name of GOG, with the eXTCy and eNVy markers. Etek is a really good buy, an axe is around that price aswell.

So are there any decent magazines at the moment? Used to get PGI before it stopped.

Unsure about physical magazines, but there are a few online ones. Check out faceful, paintball x 3 (im sure there's more)

Thanks! Well once I'm back from Uni I will be based in Suffolk, depending what I do for work I could end up moving though. Will be looking to get training once I'm back and hopefully get playing on a team eventually!
