You didnt believe me then lol! MUST HAVE SHINEY THING THAT DOES NOTHING BUT COSTS £100 THEREFORE MUST BE BETTERER.

:)
Ha! I like your approach ;)

Actually, I did very much appreciate your advice Bolter, but I would like to try this one out and see for myself; I have 6 minis, and intend to purchase one bolt to give it a go.

I didn't intend to spend £100, or any more than £30 for that matter.

Again, I reiterate, my sincere thanks for your advice on this, but I would like to try out one of these for myself, even if just to see the comparison first hand

Cheers mate (y)

As far as the Lurker bolt is concerned...

Follow the instructions, take all the o-rings off the bolt guide and give it a good wipe to clear it of any lube...

Take the o-ring out of the inside of the spacer and swap it for a bottle o-ring (#15)

Put the spacer on without adding the bumper o-ring that was at the base of the bolt guide and the #15 you put inside the spacer should lock it into place. It may move a little but it should take a fair effort to remove it from the base of the bolt guide.

Then lube the three bolt guide o-rings, the bolt guide, the bolt itself (with the soft tip from the stock bolt), the outside spacer o-ring and of course use the stock spring.

Then the fun starts, you'll need air, paint, a chrono and patience to start tweaking your gat and getting the setting you are comfortable with. The main thing is to go easy on settings, try the following for starters and see how you fair.

OP - 150 - 160psi
Velocity - 1.5 turns from snug in
Dwell - 5.0 - 6.0

Chrono and see what you get over a 10 shot average. Make an adjustment to one of the variables and see what difference it makes, not just in velocity but in feel.

There will be trade offs for a softer, quieter shot you will sacrifice some effiency. For more shots to a fill, you will get a louder report and more noticable kick.

Hope this helps if you do get a Lurker bolt.
