Looking for a starting package for a friend

My friend is looking to start woods ball and i was wondering if any one knows if someone is selling:

- a good all round marker that's easy to maintain and accurate.
- a good condition hopper
- a tank (carbon or steel) that's not needing to be tested for about two years
- any pod pack
- a mask (i4's, events,grills)

He's is looking to spend no more than £400 for the lot

I have a Vanguard Demon going very cheaply. Can't get any more accurate than that. Along with a Carbon bottle, with HP and LP so is useable on any gun. And a good quality unused pod pack.
I also have a hopper but it is terrible ;P
