Marker prep info wanted!

Hello all,

Ok I just bought myself an Etek4 LT with Dye rotor hopper and was wondering if there is anything I should do/check before I start using it...

The marker included lube but I am guessing off the shelf it would be prepped and ready to go?

I also saw some reviews of the marker and people did say it took time to bed in and loosen up, if so does that mean I should go easy on it before going nuts?

I plan to keep the marker for a while so I will try to take care of it, any information would be welcome.
