M25 Leg 2 Reading - Results!

we did play fair, I would in fact say very fair, but there were a few heated words with a couple of marshalls/players, but that was in the heat of the moment, not much of an excuse I know, I frown on it a bit myself, but we were always quick to apologise to all concerned and shook all parties hands, we dont want people to think we are a$$holes.

I was there mate, saw it all, jumped in the middle of it in fact. Have to say I was impressed by the way you guys handled the situation somehow u managed to come out looking good

I was personally involved in cross words and would like to apologise again to the people I decided to vent my frustrations out on...I felt real bad afterwards, after I realised exactly how much of a prat I was being, and knowing what me and my team mates feel about such actions

Just out of interest, what criteria need to be met to get the fair play award? I'm not trying to say that these teams don't deserve the award. Just asking coz none of the teams I played in div 4 ever had any arguements or scuffles, and I am proud of the fact that none of my guys ever lost their cool or argued. So what was so special about those 2 teams that got them the fair play award over any other team? Especially a team in div 4?

well, when we got it, we got it cos in the last game rabies shot a dead player in the back of the head accidentally and shouted sorry!

The fair play award is decied by the marshals, they vote for the teams who they feel are the teams who play fairly

This also goes for prattof the day and player of the day.

You the players get to vote for marshal of the day

who got prat of the day? If it hasnt gone out yet then i think i deserve it for accidently shooting a team mate in the chest at point blank just before the coin toss. (i just like awards)

I think the award should go to your entire team.........You guys (freaks) didnt help the schedule on one of the fields, we were all waiting to go on against the Tigers, when we were told that there was a game on before us. No problem we thought, we would just wait. Only one of the two teams was not there.........and only turned up after 5 minutes of PA announcing and marshalls calling their name......... . Where were they when they should have been on the field.......only sitting the other side of the netting, chatting away oblivious to the delay they caused. they were sitting a massive 5 feet away from the field..... Nuggets!
