We are thinking of you John, Sorry if this came over as you saw it, but we are just trying to ease your mind that Plenty O`tool is an OK guy and he will get back to you to sort this out with you, he is a guy that a lot of guys have had dealings with and always it has been very good Not 99% but 100%,

i traded a dye nt 10 and a ego 06 nexus london for a blue and silver ego 09 with plenty o tool and when i come to use the marker for the 1st time the marker was playing up so i have sent it to planet eclipse and the bill is over £100 i can pay it friday but it will keep me out off balling for a bit due to living with my family bills and stuff i strugle to go paintball as much but always skrip and save to go and always make it hence only shooting a ego 09 just wonderd if the person who traded with me would b able pay half the bill i would b happy and no more problems then as it would b my eror but this isnt i didnt evan shoot much tho it it played up from the word go from the 1st ball tho it sorry for ranting on abit but im well p****d off sorry for bad laguge but its got to be under stood
I have just logged on - for the first time in a couple of days - and saw your pm.

Given that it is timed at 1.56pm yesterday, and you reported it in the Mod section at about 3.15pm the same day, I am grateful you gave me all of 1 hour and 19 minutes to reply to you.

Moving to the circumstances of the trade, you will recall that we met in November and traded the guns. I had an air tank with me, but you did not wish to test the gun. You also told me that you had a "contract" with Planet Eclipse, and got free servicing.

Dealing with the gun itself, I bought it from Cheyenne - who is also a member on here - the previous weekend. I had no reason to believe that it was not working when I bought it, tested it myself, and then traded it with you.

In short, I will not be refunding you, for the following reasons:-

1. Almost 3 months have passed since we traded the gun and this is the first time you have raised this issue. With respect, you could have done anything to the gun in that time.

2. Another member who I sold a Creed to on here spun me a similar tale. I refunded him, and it turned out he was lying. Foot will back me on this, as he was the Mod involved.

3. You told me you got free servicing from Eclipse. If that is the case, why did they charge you?

As Tech Support and Customer Service Manager this is news to me: i only have one contract and thats with Ledz and Jules ;)

Just to clear up any misconceptions, all servicing work performed on Ego9's would be deemed "chargeable".

im not saying he wont sort it with me its just i have emaild him but no reply and the marker WAS NOT USED TILL THE WALK ON DAY AND THIS IS HOW I GOT IT AS I HAD NEVER FIERD IT TILL THEN so can evryone stop having a dig at me its not me whos ripped someone off THANK YOU
No-one is having a dig at you. Not one person. That is something your head has made up.

They are all saying however that Jon is a great trader and a trusted member of this forum, so you can be assured that he will get back to you.

And he has.

You can respond to this......or not, it matters not. I will close this thread tomorrow. Anything after that can be taken to PMs.

It's true - up until now no-one has had a dig at you at all.

If anyone was to have a dig at you it would surely be for your English skills though. I nearly passed out after reading your first post.

I definitely think that you should either get the gun fixed for free by Eclipse, or that Plenty should give you a whole bunch of money back. I think it's totally 100% reasonable to lodge a complaint 3 months after you got the marker, and to claim that this 90day old issue must be Plenty's problem to deal with. Add to that the pleasant and courteous way you've addressed the problem, and I really think you're getting screwed here.
The fact that you've been promised free service as per your contract with Eclipse, and that they are now refusing to honor this contract, is disgusting. Have you thought about speaking to a lawyer? You have a copy of the contract, right? Should be simple then...


and I totally forgive you for your bad laguge. Of course you're upset. Who wudunt be?
