I have owned rotor and spire and spire is the best without a doubt. It never jams holds a proper 200, it is very quiet and it's easier to take apart than a rotor oh and it's lighter.

Don't get me wrong rotors are good and served me well for years but if you use site paint that tbh isn't great I was getting odd jamming issues. It used to annoy me so I thought I would give the spire a try. I whacked it on, kept factory settings on it and played using site paint. No jams ever. I have since sold the rotor and never looked back.

From what I have heard yes. Well over 20bps. There was a review that some guy did on pbnation that compared all 3 and the spire came out top.
