Buggered Proto Rail

Hi guys

Just aired up my proto rail and found its not putting gas through the marker. The gun just makes a puff noise every time the trigger is pulled but the bolt doesnt cycle. It did this a while ago and the problem was attributed to the dwell setting being wrong. Ive checked the dwell and its on its factory setting so not sure this time. Any ideas on what to do...

oh god...completely forgot it does that when the battery goes down. I am a cretin.

Most things can be fixed by a battery change and a quick once over.
Rail's are notorious for breaking when batteries die.

Bit different, if you could charge the battery I would if it wouldn't then yes it would be classed to me as broken.

I did this, freaked out and stripped the marker on kitchen table, while freaking out mrs said is it the battery ........ I know lost man points but hell it worked so don't feel bad oillewidd at least a fella told you

Question : is there a minimum voltage for a battery to use in a Proto Rail. i.e. if I measure it with a meter when should I ditch it. ?

My rule of thumb for all guns is under 8 volts and its in the bin
