Hey buddy, check out http://www.academy49paintball.com/ training ground, they have a home team who you might be able to jump in with and other teams of all levels train at the field so I would recommend going down there on a day they have other teams there and jump in, at the very least you'll get a good days training out of it but if you get friendly with a team you might find yourself a spot.
Call Marc, he's always looking to help new people get into the sport and will tell you the best days to come down and meet people.

just a shout out that Im interested in joining a team and getting back into competitive paintball
Im 21 from Darlington.. but up Newcastle half the time so can travel around the area
I use to play, amateur about 2 years a go now.. and really wont to get back into it as i really enjoyed the sport its just the people i use to play with moved and lost interest.
I have a EGO 09 i know a little old now but in my opinion still good

Played paintball around 5 years when i was living back home in Essex, Have now been living in Bournemouth, Dorset for the past 3 years. Its kinda hard to find any information out there on the net when it comes to teams/group/places to play here.
Anyone know of teams/ places to play ect?

London defiance 2 are still looking for two more players to compete with us in the cpps div 1 this year we will also be playing the London masters event interested players please contact me
