Invert Mini Bolt Leak

Just took the bolt and guide assembly out of my Mini to clean and re-grease it, placed it all back in order and screwed it all back together.

Then gassed it up to cycle it a few times and I could hear air pouring out from somewhere in the region of the bolt/feed neck. Tank was only at 500-700 psi when I attached it.

Can anyone help me with this please?

Have you tried re-setting the poppet to see if that stops the leak.
You also you might want to swap out the bolt guide o-ring

Hey, no not yet- how do you reset the poppet? I wasn't aware that I'd damaged any o-rings (are they very fragile or easily damaged?), but I'll recheck it now

screw your back cap all the way in, to make sure that the poppet face is properly sealing. Then wind out the back cap again, and using a chrono to check velocity is correct. If this stops the leak, but the leak returns once you unscrew the back cap to your proper velocity you should check your poppet face for damage. There should be no lube on the poppet face, or in the hole in the side of the poppet. Only a slight amount of lube should be on the oring.

Gassed it up again at a site today and it started working but thanks- I think it was related to the poppet cap just not being properly screwed in
