So CustomPB cancelled my anodising order just after agreeing a price and design at the beginning of September - I'm sure you all know but this was because Kent has decided to concentrate on his videos' and other projects.
So I then go to Vega sports and decide to spend a little more and also get a custom laser engraving done (£30 deposit from the £189 total) sent my mini in last week and today I have just had a call from Warped saying that they have my Mini but Julian has left the firm and so they can no longer have it anodised, but they can still do the lasering if I want. Their looking into outsourcing the anodising for me but that wouldn't include bead blasting like it did with CustomPB - which is pretty important as some parts are gloss and others matte.
So my question is, does anyone have any recommendations as to where I should turn next? I know of a firm locally who bead blast PE markers so I'm going to try them for that service (don't know how much that will cost though) I did have my empire Axe anodised by a company called Colour Anodising about a year ago but they did a terrible job and My Axe came back ruined so I wont use them again.
Sending to the US is an option but I'm not sure how much extra that's going to cost?? (at the end of the day its only a mini so I don't want to spend a fortune!!)
