Pmr 08 "Help"

Just brought a pmr 08 from this site! recived it when i started shooting it it shot ok but struggled to shoot some of the balls when shooting fast. So i thort ill turn the reg up abit, then it started leaking air from above the hand grips! I done some research

So if i turn the reg out 2.5 turns it leaks??? dwell is set to default 25!!! Not touched any other settings.

Can anyone give me any ideas what might be wroung??? And ware it mite be leaking from???

Thats most likely the solenoid as they dont have lpr's on pmrs. Is the leak directly above the trigger?

Could be your reg if its near the front of the grips.

Where exactly is the leak coming from? Id say send it to dye, but if its the reg it can be fixed probably with a new oring, new solenoids are something like £50

Yeh it sounds above the trigger and maybe to the right. Is there anyway to check it i dont wana start ripping it apart

Sounds like you had drop-off. There was no need to adjust the pressure any higher, of which there is a possible chance you have either blown the solenoid gasket, or worst case killed the noid.

If you do not know what you are doing, i suggest you have someone who does

I only every turn the reg out by 2.5 witch is stock i thort???

What velocity was the marker shooting at before you turned up the reg ?
The way you have described above, is the marker started shooting fine at first, then struggled to shoot some balls at high rates of fire. (which describes drop off)
Due to the drop off, you have turned the reg out by another 2.5 turns, which has caused a leak ?

Oh sorry it was shooting fine but at high rate it would struggle i always set things to default so closed the reg in completely(witch is nearley was) then 2.5 turns out it leaks. I no you only turn it out of like less then quarter turn at a time.

How bad is the leak ? and does the marker still shoot ?
Could be just the noid gasket, hard to say unless you can pin point where the leak is coming from and a better discription
