Mini low FPS on crono

I have a stock invert mini that will not crono over 160 ish,
reg is set to 200psi back cap was the stock 3/4 of a turn out then no matter what i do it will not pass 160-165 on the crono

Any idea when can make this appen.

Inverts stock dwel is 32 but my empier mini stock dwel is 28 would putting the dwel up help or do i stay at stock?
I have also do a full oring change

Have you cleaned and reset the poppit? Then try the dwell.

i have cleaned it yes. how do a reset it. the book say i just fire some shots off?

I Always screw the back cap all the way in then out, just makes sure the poppit is able to move and isn't sticking.

What way are you turning the velosity?

Counter clock INCREASES
clockwise DECREASES

Does the Back cap fully screw in or is it stopping before hand? If so might be worth checking the threads incase theyve knackerd

Nothing wrong with the end cap and the adjustment as simple as it printed on the end cap

I think the problem i am haveing it i am loseing the charge after a shot or two and i can see the reg psi drop as i shoot, i thanks my tanks reg may need a service
