Invert mini with Tadao board won't shoot.

Hi guys just recently got a mini for my mate as his first purchase.
It has a Tadao Board in and it just won't cycle/shoot with the eyes off or on.
Any help with this would be greatly received.

No mate, not at all.
I think it's gone bust, thats why the mini was so cheap!

Doesn't matter works now, after a splatter of a shot it now shoots sweet!
