Anyone playing DayZ?

As per title I was wondering if anyone was playing Day Z, the Arma 2 mod?

Its a sick zombie survival game with a real emphasis on the survival aspect and a fair bit of PvP.

yeah man you need the arma 2 operation arrowhead expansion and arma2 or arma 2 free off steam

Wait, I can use arma 2 free for it?

if you have the arrowhead expansion which you also need. The mod utilisies some files from the main game but primarily from the expansion (which is standalone) so either you need both or just the arrowhead expansion and the Arma2 free demo

I've watched a few vids and it looks rather unforgiving.

Yeah it can be savage some times, but you accept that and it comes with the territory. Other survivors are the number one threat
