Tac Vest and pods

People, I need your help and I know at least 1 of you will come to my rescue.

TAC VEST
I need a Tac Vest pref with no pouches on the front, as I shoot and move a fair bit from the prone position. I would prefer it if it has at least 4 pouches for pods and if possible a pouch for an air bottle. But bottle pouch is not 100% needed.

PODS
For the above Tac vest. I know they come in different sizes before anybody says it.

Now, here's the rub. I need it all for PaintFest, so come on people, help me out

Cheers Trikk's but I seem to have brought a full MOLLE setup last night whilst drunk via EBay.
