Ok so I recently bought an out of date 1.5l tank off a guy on gun star asked all the usual questions about it and the pics looked good cost me £60 for the tank plus £10 postage
Opened the box and WTF carbon fiber tank was immaculate but the reg was rusted so badley the rust had blocked up the fill nipple!!! I email him and asked him to explain what was going on, his replay was it wasn't rusted when he posted it so he was expecting me to believe in 3 days that amount of rust magically appeared but the worst was still to come so after cleaning as much rust as possible off and finding the nipple heavily pitted i had a closer look at the fill nipple and to my amazement the part that stops the air from coming back out of the fill nipple wasn't there.

So I got back in contact with the seller who buy the way is still on gun star selling a marker for £600 if I remember correctly And told i told him I wanted a part refund to buy a new reg wich after a while he agreed to so now I have a ninja pro reg on the way and providding the tank passes the hydro test I should have a decent set up

You paid £70 for a tank out of test. If it fails which it could as by the sounds of the reg it's not in a good way u have wasted £70. Why didn't u buy one with test

i dont trust the reg now and as its a high pressure component why risk it. the bottle on the other hand is perfect in side and out

So you paid £70 for the tank
£49.99 for the reg
And will pay £35 for a retest

Correct me if I'm wrong ppl but can't you pick up a brand new bottle for that price. Ok you might of got a refund for the reg but it has to pass like lump said otherwise you won't get anything back including the £49 reg

Kids these days lol
