Proto Rail Tournament Modes.....Explanation please.

Bought a Proto Rail, not the reflex rail, the less flash standard Rail. It says it comes with 4 tournament modes. Does anyone know what these modes are and what exactly they do? For example do they ramp and if so at what BPS.

Yeah that was kind of useful. I know it has millenium settings and PSP settings but he didnt go into details about them. Do you know what those settings cover??

its all about the amount of trigger pulls b4 it goes into auto ... they comply with the rules of psp and millenium tournements ...

psp caps the ramping at 12bps where as millenium caps at 10.
psp takes less trigger pulls when ramping to keep up the rate of fire and is for tournies OUTSIDE of the UK. If you are in the UK, which i presume, you should use millenium mode as this is the english legal tournie mode here.
And the name PSP comes from the main American (some international teams too) tournament series.
Milenium comes from the European series, The millenium series.

You can hear the difference between 12bps and 10 bps on the field

If caught your team will be penalised and you may be excluded from the event

The rules are there for a reason... so why take the piss?

no point trying, those extra 2bps make adifference on paint consumption but not on accuracy or amount of players you shoot out so it is kinda stupid to bother using it at all. And if you risk it things may go bad for you and as Gee Tee said, it is very easy to hear the rof difference between guns.
