is the format. There are rules on that site, but the main rules are dated 2006 (which are out of date) and there is a "last changes" section which pretends its the up to date rules.

i was thinking about this this morning.....is high time that the millennium updated their rules even if all they do is write in all the changes they have made (then changed again) since 2006.....am in half a mind to do it myself so that we have a rule book for the new players at the cpps because at the moment its a mine field of grey areas
