air tank test date problem

hey guys ive got a pure energy 4500psi tank but i dont know where to look so i know when it will need testing, i thought it was the date at side of the (PTD QA) which tell you when it was made, am i correct on that or should i be looking at somewhere else at all the letters & numbers which are on it?

On the bottle you will see a date shown as "year/month" as you can see in this picture it is 2011/06. This was when the bottle was born (made) it will last 15 years from then as you can see from the date below it dies on 2026/06 the final date.

it needs to be tested every five years this can be done some where like H-pac and they will put a sticker on it with a test date as shown here 21-1-11 so it has 5 years from this date
