Prophecy ltd loader

I have just received my prophecy ltd loader and there is an issue with the sound activation and the RF.
When i enable the sound activation either via the buttons or via a pc and set the sensitivity to 5 or anything lower it will not cycle when the gun is fired?
I have dissembled the hopper as instructed by the manual and if i place the barrel of a marker 2” near the sound sensor and fire this will make it cycle.
I have tried my geo and ego11 on this and none will make the hopper cycle using sound?

I have also just got the RF magna kits for my markers and this doesnt work either?
i set the hopper to RF mode and the board on the marker lights up green when i pull the trigger but the hopper doesnt do anything?

Anyone got any ideas please?

phone kee and spoke to someone who said "i will email you a warranty return form" still not had this so will have to chase them up.

ok so 1 month and still waiting for the hopper to come back.
apparently a part is needed but they didnt say what or when they expected it.

ok just got the loader back today, not even tested it yet and having to call kee again about a problem.
so i got this leader brend new, the board didnt work so i havent used it, didnt even mount it on my gun.
and the hopper i got back has the same serial number on the guts inside but the shell is all scratched up!
