Myth 2 reg not holding air Dumps through the fill nipple

Has any one put a Guerrilla Air Pro Fill Nipple on a myth 2 reg ? Just my fill nipple is doing the same
Lips gave me a new oring and it seemed to fix itI am onto my third fill nipple in a row nowon myth reg 2 , any one found one that works yet ?
Attended NvS last weekend. Before I left for home, I topped my bottle with 4500psi's worth of air.
My 48/4500 GA bottle with myth2 randomly decided to dump its entire contents of air this evening; 1st time this has ever happened. Massive leak was coming from "High" burst disk side and also from a small gap where the reg threads into the bottle. Could not stop the leak coming from the burst disk but gently torquing the reg itself seems to stem airflow a little coming from the small gap.
Unscrewed the "High" burst disk nut and checked the little copper plate - didn't seem damaged although to be honest, I don't really know what I should be looking for.
Also unscrewed the G2 reg and re-sitted it. This fixed the "small gap issue" as the fat black o-ring is now correctly re-positioned and sandwiched nicely between reg and bottle. Previously, I noticed a small portion of it was spilling out over the side of the bottle
Any further ideas/advice, please?
(Will be ordering new burst disks as a precaution).
