Dye Throttle air tank wont fill

Hi, I have a Dye Throttle 71ci/4500psi tank that a friend very kindly gave to me so I could start paintballing. I had it tested a few days ago by HPAC since it was out of test, however when I took it to get filled after being tested, it was leaking air from somewhere on the regulator and the guy filling it had no idea what the problem was and I had even less of a clue.

My main concern is that where what I think is called a "set screw" should be, there is just a hole. So on the reg I have the fill nipple and a gauge and thats it. Where would I find a replacement set screw if it is even needed? (I presume it is) Is there anywhere in the Manchester area I can take it to get this fixed and filled? I've tried looking on all of the help threads on here but a lot of the links seem to be dead/broken for me o_O

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really want to get started soon with all of this amazing equipment to celebrate finishing my degree!

Here are a couple of pics incase they're needed! http://imgur.com/a/r6SJ7

Where's the burst discs?

Not offay with the old Throttle regs but surely there should be the normal 2 burst discs in place on the reg?
These are safety pressure release devices, on a 4.5k bottle you should have a 7.5k disc and a 1.8k disc.
If one pops it's normally the 1.8k disc.
These prevent over pressurisation and are there for safety.
If removed then air will just leak out every where.

On the pictures on these bottles you can see the discs as small 'silver nut' like things on the side
Or in the case of the myth, flush fitted brass discs and they're black on the ninja

Thanks for naming the 'missing' piece, I just looked into it and it seems this question has come up before on here: http://www.techpb.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=59762 So apparently thats how the burst disc is meant to look. Seems like a confusing design. Definitely going to see what Dye says and hopefully get them to give it a look and fix any problems it has. Kinda wish I would have just bought a new 3000psi tank but now i've started spending money on it I cant stop!

Edit: here is a better picture of what it should look like: http://s401.photobucket.com/albums/pp92/k_man278/Paintball/?action=view&current=DSC00027.jpg&newest=1
Mine looks similar so i'm at a loss again as to what is causing the leak. Probably the gauge or some connection.

Make sure these are tightened properly into the reg, I know the last time I had a tank tested at Hpac they did not tighten the burst disc in a myth reg properly and air leaked out as soon as it was attached to the whip.
Quick 2 second tightening and jobs a good 'un.

Alternatively if it holds some air a leaks slowly, dip the reg into a container of water to see where the leak is

I'll give that a try thanks, hopefully that will be the problem.
