Approximately half of my team received there ticket yesterday

Although last year mine didn't arrive until the wednesday before the event
I personally blame the british postal service

And if it doesn't arrive by the thursday beforehand, if you ring up they can have a ticket waiting for you at the arrival gate (Happened to a team member)
