with the walk ons what do you do?(speedball scenario etc)

It's an indoor site, they do capture the flag across the whole arena, attack and defend, this is fun! if your defending you have unlimited waves of attackers. And speedball. My favourite arena.

i live in trafford so its the stockport one that is near me, how is that one?

That one is just the same if not more fun as its got a bit less lighting so you have to be very aware of the field.
Get yourselves down there and have a chat with the asylum boys and girls, they will take amazing care of you, they have always looked after me.
