Just had a read but not sure what I've done wrong, is it because I need a PIc ? If so I'm not sure how I do that as ticket was a down load you then print off, I emailed Tim from shoreline and he said once the ticket is sold I should PM him and email the ticket to whoever bought it.

Yes rule #4 you need to prove you have the item
