Oh Dear this is going to mess Teams up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the last 4 years we have brought a Team over form the UK and I have played in the masters which I love, but the Millenniums last event in Paris ends on Sunday the 14th of October then Cup starts on the 18th!!!!!!!!! so a lot of Teams that do both are going to have a hard time!!!!!!!!!!! mainly the Teams that are not sponsored

I can forsee a date change, or a lack of Americans in Paris, on a weekend when most US teams will be fine-tuning their plays for Cup on the just released layout, I can't see many being willing to allow their players to travel to Europe and miss out on final practice for CUP, so expect to see no Dynasty (or Vicious) and the rest, including Art Chaos, Wheeler etc. to be absent!

For many of us Paris and World Cup were always on top of eachother. I think the shortest time between getting home and going out to Fl was 3 days, but then I was there to set up trade stands for a few days prior to the event starting.

I guess practicing the field layout that is not released until close to the event is going to be the issue. Especially for those teams that go out and practice for a week prior to the event. As you said Pete there may be a few Americans missing again.

I can see teams that play Div2 Millennium and aren't near a Div 1 spot come the last event saving their money and using it to pay for training in Florida.

There has always been at least 2 weeks between the last Mill and World cup, I find it strange that we have a big gap between the 3rd and last Mill events and then Paris and World cup within a few days of each other

It gets worse than that Twizz. If you look at NPPL dates for Vegas which I was considering this year its the weekend before Paris 5-7th October. So what am I going to do; Go to Vegas and then chill out & train for cup or fly back for MS and then fly back again for cup. Seeing this I think its even more doubtful that we will see many of the American pros in Paris.

Trouble is everyone wont want to change thei rdates. There has always been a fairly long break between paris and previous events, which got longer when we went to 4 events. Its to avoid the Holiday period where there woudl normally be a low turn out due to peopel holidaying with their familes
