no its not ion threaded it doesnt have a thread its similar to a Planet eclipse feedneck its clamped onto the gun but PE feednecks dont fit ..... ive tried

I have no idea although after the size box i had shipped from the US that arrived today for $13 can't see a feedneck costing that much shipping.

Have you tried Belsales? http://www.belsales.co.uk/ they are a quality (ask anyone about their cockers) manufacturer, and would prob be the best bet if you want to ask someone for stuff like that.
