It is disc only, you can play the full multiplayer and co-op games, all you need is an online pass (800microsoft points) £12 delivered.

Yep the codes are all valid, and it's brand new, all I've done is open it and take the single player disc out(didn't get one with my original purchase).
Not been listed on here before, no.
I think £20 to your door before the end of the week is a bargain?!
