Right then guys, Who's got a G6R or Used one?

I want opinions please Spoke to Lump at the 7 man about one at he has almost persuaded me.

My opinion would be considered biased because of our support deal with Left Coast. However I can say because people know we have this tie they will bring Bob Long gats with issues to us especially those from left coast. I have known 3 G6R's with issues brought to us. The first two were switching themselves off randomly, changed the battery job done. The 3rd had an oring missing that goes between the body and the spacer that connects to the Hpr out of the box.
There are no common issues that I am aware of.
They are Light probably the lightest available, efficient, very very low recoil, quiet and have a low profile.
I can honestly say I would not give mine up for anything. I have just ordered a 2012 one as mine needed a sister. I can add to the order
Speak to J.Cooke he had one and is not tied to anything.
We're about at Bricket Wood regularly if you want a shoot...

P.S. If you get one get an LP Poppet aswell. That's the only upgrade worth having.

i used mine at the weekend for one game, it was running low (about 250fps) and i didnt want to mess around turning up regs without my reg tester, but i was still impressed

only thing i dont like is the fact it comes with a 1 piece barrel

We had to 'bump' most of the lprs on the gats on the team about an 1/8th of a turn a couple weeks ago. Just the temperatures.
As long as you are not to excitable you are ok to nudge a little for chrono.
You are right about the barrel I wish Bob would just put in one of his two piece tourney barrels then you could just buy a couple of extra backs and you'd be set.

at least its 688 but it also seems very heavy compared to other barrels.

ive got a disruptive barrel kit to try but i want it annoed before i use it
