Steve Jobs, CEO and co-founder of Apple has passed away today after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Whether you loved or hated Apple products, there is no doubt his vision and drive have helped shape the current technology market as we know it.

He will be remembered as an inspirational figure with uncompromising standards and a relentless drive for perfection. Many of us could learn valuable lessons from his example.

Rest in Peace.

A sad day, he'll be remembered as the man who made the future. He knew what his customers wanted before they did.

Apple would need to be careful now, that's a big pair of shoes to fill.

I believe Jonathan Ives - Apple's head designer - may be taking over the reins.

Have to say that although its not a "Close" loss to me personally, it has upset me a little, but then I read the newspaper on my I-Pad, put my I-phone in my pocket and then turned on the I-pod in the car.

He was a great man and will be missed, I hope that Apple can carry on without him !!
