Hi all, looking to upgrade my ion further than it is (firebolt,360qev,shocktech bob body,dye asa,empire drop, CP trigger)

After anything ion related, post up what ya got and i'll take a look

I have a carbon fibre Stiffi barrel system.

I am after £85 for it but as you had the Ion off me I would let you have it for £75 including postage you just pay the fee's.
The only reason it is for sale is... I have been able to get hold of an ion breech with an autococker thread. So I can use my autocockers barrels now!

Hi Ant , schools good but hard, AS levels now

regarding the barrel i probably not going to get it, since this thread was posted i bought a 18inch linear barrel for it and also, a shocktech BOB body kit for it, managed to fit it (MOST ANNOYING TASK IVE EVER DONE) but no idea if its going to work/fire. Any idea what i should do the next time i go to my local site? Don't i have to re gas all the parts or something?

2 years of hard work, fingers cross for you.

No worries about the barrel.

Once you have fitted the BOB, gas up the gun and check for leaks to make sure you have fitted everything together ok. Then if you can not hear any leaks, turn the eyes off and fire the gun a couple of times to make sure every thing if working ok. If there are no leaks works ok when you next go to your local PB site chrono to make sure it is still running at what ever the site limit is. The BOB should not change the FPS, bolts, QEV etc will.

Any problems just PM me for my number and I will talk you through it. As I said when you got the gun, any problems with the BOB if I am up your way I give you a hand.

The BOB will make life a lot easier with cleaning etc.
