Hi Guys, Hope this is posted in the right section!

Basically all I want to know is will anodizing my MacDev barrel kit Matte Black effect the accuracy/cause more resistance on the paint seeing as the inside of the barrel will be changed from polished to matte??

thinking of getting My axe anodized but would want the barrels done at the same time :S

Thanks for any help,

No, it will not affect accuracy or ball resistance; this is because the actual thickness of the anodising is at most, something in the order of 25 microns [micron = one millionth of a meter] and so any increase in thickness is effectively negligible.

Cool thanks, was really worried as all my barrels are gloss but i want them to match up with my dust axe! And the dust black axe feels really rough compared to the inside of the barrels!
