In that case you should join with those companies and share some legal costs. Perhaps a cease and desist naming all company names would be possible? That would strengthen your position and save money.

they've got a nice campaign going on the forum that dare not speak it's name identifying the paid for ads on google for detla force and suggesting as many different IP addresses as possible click on them with no intention of actually going - they have to pay google 'cos you've clicked it but DF don't make any money out of it 'cos you don't buy anything.
