According to popular rumor & heresay, they don't actually have any 'staff' in the traditional sense. Apparently they use one 6yr old ref and a Jack Russell terrier for every 120 players.
I also heard that Satan himself works there most Sundays - Saturdays he's selling cheap tickets down the shopping centres. Unfortunately I don't have a contact for Satan, but I think the Gardners are still on pretty good terms with him...
