That's a good point, actually.

I like Vicious. Hell, I like a lot of teams - TBD, Infamous, Relentless, Warped - the list goes on.

I think the people behind Vicious do a good job at promoting them. They are backed by DSS Paintball, and it's always good to have a team backed by a store. It works both ways.

That said, sometimes your perception of a team or individual does not quite match up to the reality of meeting them.

On a side note, another team - or collection of individuals - that excel at promoting themselves are HK.

Love them or hate them, they've been around for quite a while now and they are HHHHere to stay.

Im ironically just cutting and pasting, but people seem interested enough to post, so I keep doing it :)

No, actually. I was particularly curious as to why Mudafunka seemed to like them with such zeal--though I appreciate the effort, Bolter.;) Nor is the generic version of my question a bad topic. :)
Perhaps TFP will make this into a separate thread so as not to redirect the thread's original intent.
I see no reason why we need another thread mate, its nice to see you in here tbh!

Bolter, I have nothing but love for the cut & paste crew.

In fact, that's a club name and jersey right there.

I have to pull you up on this one..

Have you been to events and judged the team to be good natured?
The events I've been to they all look sour and angry at life. I would put them as the most insular team in the league, and have assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that they have a ginormous chip on their collective shoulders.

Perhaps I have them wrong, but I rarely see them smile - The team, or their fans. I always thought this was because they took everything so seriously...
In my (limited) experience of meeting them, at the german millennium, they were nothing but nice, helpful and a great representative for their sponsors. I had a problem with my prophecy, they saw me trying to get some parts for it and helped me get my hands on some. I dont consider myself to follow, or support any team, but they were helpful & pleasant when i met them

Anyway, theres been quite alot of windy stuff going on in the windy city apparently! Empire booth near destroyed overnight (not the only one Im sure) and the event flattened and/or moved about! But PSP say they are working hard to get it all together.

PSP Release said:
The PSP and CPX crews worked around the clock to clean up storm damage and repair the destruction from Tuesday night's extreme weather. We are pleased to announce that amazingly enough, the fields are up, the Trade Show is open and games are running smoothly!
They are up and running with 5 of the original 6 planned fields.
