Hey man. I've got a Bob long Marq 7. I've seen on the manual that it says that a SLP reg is prefered, but not required. Would you suggest I go low pressure on my Marq?

You should be using lp or slp only mate with the marq series buddy.

I've been told High pressure works as well. Is LP/SLP that much better for it?

the high pressure puts to much pressure on the fittings etc. which damage the marker meaning you need to change o-rings sooner and a new solenoid, Bob long specifys using LP for that reason as his markers work and are better efficiency on air usage
so yes i would recomend using an SLP reg and if im wrong in any part of this explanation just tell us where ive gone wrong?
