Because, as I told Gassy, I told him that I wouldn't of paid £200 pounds for the marker If I'd seen the scratches to the ASA and feed neck so he said he'd refund me 50 pounds. So in my eyes we came to a fair arrangement.
I said £50 for you to repair the marker.
As ive been told by Robbo, it has nothing to do with them, its just me and you, so can you answer your phone?...or quick and simple give me my money back..

I'm beginning to think I know where the major part of their trade went wrong ......

I didn't wanna get knee-deep involved in this because ... well, I just couldn't be arsed but now I'm kinda wishing I had.

Nothing needs repaired, got someone replacing the o-rings in the bolt to stop the leak. If you want to offer me items do it, leave your little comments and digs off my thread....

I think I smell a rat which kinda makes me wanna get acquainted with the details of this trade between you and Zeb; Am I to believe you got Zeb to give you fifty quid off a marker for 'damage' in the form of scratches and you demanded this 50 quid on the basis it would take that much to repair and yet you now use the money for something else, or indeed a part of that money which kinda implies does it not, the fifty quid may have been a somewhat over the top and exagerrated request?
Is this the gist of what went down?

Zeb, SPKid, appropriate comments please... but don't make them too long, keep it nice and simple please.

By the way SPKID, please do not advise me of any thread-jacking here, I'm well aware of the protocols of my site but think of it like the police having to break certain speed limits to apprehend criminal elements ... it's a necessary and much-needed perk of the job you see ...

Robbo, that is not how the 'deal' went down. I did not demand money off Zeb, I saw scratches on the ASA and feedneck and there was also a leak from the ASA. I said I wouldn't of paid 200 pound for the marker if I knew it was in that shape. I know there were clear photos and therefore Its my fault for buying it. However I did say that he could of posted a more in depth description of the marker. He tried to make the excuse that he's a new player and he thought the ASA was meant to look like that (dinted and scratched).

He offered to refund me £50 so I agreed and it was all sorted. However, it was over the phone therefore got nothing to do with this forum. I don't know what Zeb has been saying to the moderators but the treatment that I have been given on this forum has been disgraceful. Threatening comments from Lump over PM's saying "I suggest you pay him the refund back" will not make me co-operate!
