Ok, well its "Barack Obama" (notice the capitals) he isnt God. God is an omnipotent being, he is not a human. If you are referring to Jesus, then yes, he came from the Middle East, if he even existed at all.

Politically he was described as black but his genetic profile would beg to differ I'm afraid ...
